This is Zoe she’s my brew helper today we are Brewing 10 gallons of a red IPA we call Sarah’s Red, a beer I’ve been Making for 7 or 8 years now, it’s a 6.5-6.7% Beer that is slightly malty 50-55ibu beer with a good citrus noise.
Later this week I’ll make my RyePA a beer that’s 50% rye malt and 80-90ibu
Currently drinking a beer now named Incline Spirits Beach IPA, this is a beer buddy of mine wanted for his bars, we went to Lead Dog brewing in Sparks NV this year to brew it and it’s fantastic, a 6.7% 55IBu beer with mostly late addition hops. Very juicy IPA with pineapple, citrus and mango notes with a nice silky mouth feel thanks to some oats.

I haven’t brewed in too long.
then again, I HAVE been crazy busy...
hopefully as fall slows down and last of the 2nd cut hay comes in I can get the ‘ol kettle boiling...

Been to busy myself, This is the first time I’ve homdbrewed all year the last several years I have been brewing close to 200 gallons a year.

Sadly in Tennessee we can only legally brew up to 50 gallons per person.

I don’t know how much they can prove how much you’ve made though. Drinking it too fast.
